Mailreef's strengths are dedicated IPs, private SMTP inboxes and pre-warmed inboxes, so check what each switch keeps. Pre-warmed inboxes carry over with MailDeck, Outreach2day, Icemail, Zapmail and Winnr. Every alternative here confirms dedicated IPs except Outreach2day, which doesn't state them. Zapmail and Hypertide don't offer private SMTP inboxes; they resell Google and Microsoft inboxes instead. If you want to send from the same account, MailOptimal, Outreach2day and SkySenders confirm a built-in sequencer, and the other five say they don't offer one. If burned inboxes worry you, MailDeck, Icemail, Zapmail and Hypertide confirm replacement. On price, every entry plan here is below Mailreef's $249, from $2.50 at Icemail to $69 at Winnr. Check minimum orders too: MailDeck and Winnr need 50 inboxes, SkySenders 20. Winnr also says it doesn't offer one-click export to other sequencers, which Mailreef confirms.
