An open index of cold email infrastructure: inbox providers, cold email software and the tools around them, compared on what each vendor publishes on its own site.
Buying cold email infrastructure means reading fifty pricing pages that all promise deliverability. This index puts the published conditions side by side, so you can see in one place what is included, what costs extra and what is not stated anywhere. Every point links to the vendor's page, with a quote and the date it was checked.
Disclosure
The author works with Outreach2day, one of the inbox providers ranked here. Today it is 2nd of 52 inbox providers, with 77/100. To keep that from affecting positions:
- scores are calculated automatically under the same rules for everyone, and the method is public;
- every confirmed fact has a link to the vendor's page, a short quote and the date it was checked;
- there are no paid placements, sponsored positions, affiliate links or promo codes;
- links to vendors are nofollow and pass no search ranking signals;
- third-party review scores are not used: points come from verifiable conditions and, for inbox providers, from the cost of a working setup, calculated the same way for everyone;
- a condition a vendor does not offer earns it no points, whoever the vendor is.
Correct a listing
If a condition exists but is not in the index, or the data is out of date, email [email protected] with the vendor name and a link to the page that confirms it. Corrections from every vendor are checked the same way, usually within a week.
Data and reuse
You can quote the scores and the price table with a link to the source page. Journalists and researchers can ask for the full dataset at the same address.
